Pumpkin Pecan Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 3/4 c. all-purpose flour
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. pumpkin pie spice
    1 c. pecans, finely chopped
    1 c. butter or margarine, softened
    1 c. granulated sugar
    1 c. packed dark brown sugar
    4 eggs
    1 c. solid pack pumpkin
Preparation
    In small bowl, combine flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, pumpkin pie spice and pecans; set aside.
    In large mixer bowl, cream butter and sugar until light.
    Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition.
    Blend in pumpkin.
    Add dry ingredients; mix just until moistened.
    Turn into 2 greased and floured 8 x 4-inch loaf pans.
    Bake in preheated oven at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour and 10 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean. Cool 10 minutes.
    Remove from pans; cool on wire rack.
