Ingredients

1/2 c. margarine (1 stick)
1/2 c. crunchy peanut butter
1 1/4 c. packed brown sugar
1/2 c. granulated sugar
2 eggs
1 Tbsp. powdered cultured buttermilk
2 Tbsp. strong brewed coffee
1 3/4 c. all-purpose flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
2 1/2 c. old fashioned rolled oats
1 (12 oz.) pkg. semi-sweet chocolate bits
1 c. chopped dry roasted peanuts
Preparation

Cream together the first seven ingredients.
Add flour, baking soda and salt and stir.
Add rolled oats, chocolate bits and peanuts and mix.
Drop by large teaspoonfuls onto a greased baking sheet.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 12 minutes.
Makes 5 to 6 dozen cookies.
