Walnut Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 c. butter or Crisco
2 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
4 eggs
3 tsp. baking powder
1 c. milk
2 1/2 c. flour
walnuts, cut to suit

Preparation

Cream butter or Crisco together.
Add sugar, vanilla and eggs, mixing well.
Blend in flour, baking powder and salt.
Blend in milk.
Bake 1 hour or until cake is done in a 350\u00b0 oven.
