Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    1 c. sugar
    3/4 c. oil
    2 c. grated zucchini
    2 1/2 c. flour
    1 c. nuts
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    2 tsp. baking soda
    1/4 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Beat egg until foamy. Gradually beat in oil and sugar.
    Mix dry ingredients and add to wet.
    Mix thoroughly.
    Stir in nuts. Bake in a buttered 8 x 8-inch pan for about 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
