3/4 c. Jif creamy peanut butter
1/2 c. Crisco shortening
1 1/4 c. firmly packed brown sugar
3 Tbsp. milk
1 Tbsp. vanilla
1 egg
1 3/4 c. all-purpose flour
3/4 tsp. salt
3/4 tsp. baking soda
Preparation

Preheat oven to 375\u00b0.
Cream peanut butter, Crisco, brown sugar, milk and vanilla until well blended.
Add egg.
Beat until blended.
Combine other ingredients.
Drop by heaping teaspoonfuls 2 inches apart on ungreased cookie sheet.
Flatten slightly with fork.
Bake for 6 minutes.
