Marinated Vegetables - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (No. 2) can peas, drained
1 (No. 2) can whole kernel corn, drained
1 (No. 2) can French-style green beans, drained
1 c. chopped green peppers
1 c. chopped celery
1/2 c. chopped onion
2 small jars chopped red peppers or red pimentos for color
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
3/4 c. vinegar
1/2 c. oil
Preparation

Boil sugar, salt, vinegar and oil and then cool.
Add to vegetables and toss well.
Refrigerate 24 hours before serving. Will refrigerate up to two weeks.
