Potato Chip Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 eggs
    1 c. butter
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 c. crushed potato chips
    2 c. flour
    1/2 c. ground pecans or walnuts
Preparation
    Cream eggs, butter, sugar and vanilla together well.
    Add the rest of the ingredients.
    Form into 1-inch roll.
    Refrigerate 1 hour or overnight.
    Slice and place on baking sheet.
    Press flat with a glass dipped in sugar.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 15 minutes, or until lightly browned.
