Pork Cantonese Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. fresh pork loin, cut in strips
3 Tbsp. soy sauce
1 c. sliced celery
1 green pepper, sliced in rings
3 Tbsp. brown sugar
1 1/2 Tbsp. vinegar
1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 large onion, sliced and separated in rings
2 Tbsp. flour
1 Tbsp. teriyaki sauce
Preparation

Place pork and sliced vegetables in greased casserole.
Mix other ingredients and pour over pork and vegetables.
Cover tightly with foil.
Bake at 400\u00b0 for about 1 hour or until pork is tender.
