Low-Fat Banana Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. unsweetened applesauce
2 c. sugar
3 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
3 c. flour
1/2 tsp. baking powder
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
2 c. mashed bananas
Preparation
-
Mix applesauce, sugar, eggs and vanilla.
Add dry ingredients. Add bananas.
Pour into 2 greased and floured loaf pans.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour or until toothpick comes out clean.
