Fettucini Alfredo - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. pasta
8 oz. whipping cream
1/4 c. butter
8 oz. parmesan cheese
Preparation

Cook pasta according to package directions.
Drain.
Combine cream and butter in saucepan. Cook over medium low heat until butter is melted.
Add to hot pasta alternately with parmesan cheese, tossing to mix well.
Serve hot.
May add sauteed scallops, shrimp, chicken or even sliced mushrooms and season with black pepper.
