Lemon Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. shortening
1 c. sugar
2 eggs
1/2 c. milk
1 1/2 c. sifted flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
1 lemon
1/4 c. sugar
1 Tbsp. lemon rind
juice of 1 lemon
1/4 c. sugar
1 Tbsp. lemon rind
Preparation

Wrap immediately in foil.
Refrigerate while hot.
Let stand overnight in refrigerator.
