Banana Fritters - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. light rum
1 Tbsp. orange brandy
2 Tbsp. lime juice
1/2 tsp. lime peel
1/4 c. sugar
1/4 c. molasses
4 bananas, sliced into 1-inch pieces
3 c. all-purpose flour
1 tsp. lime peel, grated
3 Tbsp. sugar
1/4 tsp. ground ginger
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. milk
2 eggs
1 1/2 Tbsp. butter, melted
vegetable oil as need to fry
Preparation

Combine rum, brandy, lime juice, lime peel, sugar and molasses.
Stir until sugar is dissolved.
Marinate bananas in mixture for 1 hour.
Drain and dry well.
