Cape Cod Mashed Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    10 medium sized potatoes
    1 c. sour cream
    1 c. cottage cheese
    1 Tbsp. grated onion
    1 c. margarine (1/4 lb.)
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Cook potatoes and mash well.
    Add sour cream, cottage cheese, onion, margarine, pepper and salt.
    Mix well.
    Place in casserole. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese on top.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour, checking after 45 minutes.
