Zucchini Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. Bisquick
1/2 c. oil
4 eggs, beaten
1/2 c. onion, finely chopped
1 clove garlic
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
1/2 tsp. oregano
1/2 tsp. salt
dash of pepper
2 Tbsp. parsley
4 c. zucchini, grated
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Grease 13 x 9-inch pan.
Beat eggs, then beat Bisquick and oil with eggs on slow speed of mixer until blended.
Add remaining ingredients, adding zucchini last and stir with spoon until all are mixed.
Spread in pan and bake 30 minutes or until moistened and knife inserted in center comes out clean.
