Pear Velvet Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

16 oz. can pears
3 oz. pkg. lime jello
8 oz. cream cheese
8 oz. Cool Whip
Preparation

Strain pears and bring juice to boil.
Dissolve jello in pear juice.
Combine pears, cheese and 4 tablespoons jello mixture in blender.
Blend until smooth.
Add remaining jello mixture and blend again.
Refrigerate until soft-set and fold in Cool Whip. Chill several hours before serving.
