Zucchini Tomato Bake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    zucchini
    tomatoes
    Provolone cheese
    garlic salt
    pepper
    bread crumbs (optional)
Preparation
    Peel zucchini and slice thin.
    Slice tomatoes.
    Alternate layers of zucchini, tomatoes and Provolone cheese in casserole using as many layers as you wish.
    Sprinkle with garlic salt and pepper.
    Sprinkle with bread crumbs (if desired).
    Bake covered 1 hour at 350\u00b0, then uncovered 15 minutes.
