Banana Nut Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sugar
    2 1/2 c. flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 1/3 tsp. soda
    3/4 c. oil
    3 eggs
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1/4 c. buttermilk
    1 c. pecans
    4 large bananas
Preparation
    Mix sugar, oil, eggs, vanilla and buttermilk.
    Sift flour with salt and soda.
    Add pecans and bananas.
    Bake 1 hour at 350\u00b0 in 2 loaf pans.
    Can be frozen.
