Spinach Rice Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. converted rice
8 oz. Italian dressing
1 Tbsp. soy sauce
1/2 tsp. sugar
2 c. fresh spinach, cleaned and cut into thin strips
1/2 c. sliced celery
1/2 c. scallions (green onions, top and bottom), sliced
1/3 c. cooked bacon, crumbled
Preparation

Cook rice. Cool slightly. Add dressing, soy sauce and sugar; cover and chill. Before serving, add spinach, celery, green onions and crumbled bacon.
