Ingredients

1/2 c. butter or margarine
1 1/2 c. sifted confectioners sugar
1 1/2 c. flaked coconut
2 tsp. butternut flavoring extract
1 Tbsp. evaporated milk
1 bottle maraschino cherries
crushed graham crackers
Preparation

Drain cherries; set aside.
Combine together all of the above ingredients, except cherries and graham crackers; refrigerate for 1 hour.
Use 1 teaspoon of dough around each cherry.
Roll in hand until cherry is covered.
Roll in crushed graham crackers. Refrigerate until served.
