Shrimp Bisque(Serves 4 To 6.) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. shrimp, boiled and peeled
    4 Tbsp. margarine
    4 to 5 Tbsp. flour
    1 qt. milk
    2 tsp. salt
    3 tsp. lemon juice
    1/2 tsp. Tabasco sauce
    dash of white pepper
    sherry
    lemon slices
Preparation
    Grind shrimp in blender or food processor.
    Combine margarine and flour in saucepan.
    Add milk and salt.
    Stir until thickened. Add lemon juice, Tabasco, white pepper and shrimp.
    Add sherry to suit your taste.
    Serve hot with lemon slices.
