Banana Nut Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/3 c. shortening
2/3 c. sugar
2 eggs
3 Tbsp. buttermilk
1/2 c. chopped nuts
2 c. sifted flour
1/4 tsp. baking soda
1 c. mashed bananas
Preparation

Grease a pan.
Cream shortening and sugar.
Stir in eggs and buttermilk.
Combine flour and soda.
Add to mixture.
Add bananas and nuts.
Pour into loaf pan.
Bake 50 to 60 minutes in a preheated 350\u00b0 oven.
