Chicken And Green Bean Stir-Fry - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. chicken breasts, boned
juice of 1 lemon
1 clove garlic, minced
2 Tbsp. soy sauce
1/2 lb. green beans
1/4 c. salted peanuts, chopped
1/3 c. chicken broth
1 Tbsp. cornstarch
2 Tbsp. oil
Preparation

Cut chicken into strips.
Combine lemon juice, garlic and 1 tablespoon soy sauce in a bowl.
Add chicken and toss.
Trim beans and cook in boiling salted water until tender or about 8 minutes. Drain.
Combine remaining 1 tablespoon soy sauce, broth and cornstarch.
Heat oil in large frying pan or wok.
Remove chicken from marinade and add to hot pan.
Cook, stirring constantly, until chicken is just done, about 5 minutes.
Push chicken to one side and stir stock mixture into pan drippings.
Stir chicken into sauce and add beans.
Cook until beans are heated through, about 1 minute.
Sprinkle with peanuts and serve.
