Zucchini Squash Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    1 c. cooking oil
    2 c. sugar
    2 c. peeled and grated zucchini
    1 Tbsp. vanilla
    3 c. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 Tbsp. cinnamon
    1/4 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 c. nuts
Preparation
    Beat eggs until foamy.
    Add oil, sugar, zucchini and vanilla. Mix lightly, but well.
    Add flour, salt, baking soda, cinnamon, baking powder and nuts.
    Mix together.
    Divide batter in 2 greased loaf pans.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour.
