Stir And Drop Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 eggs
    3/4 c. sugar
    2/3 c. salad oil
    1 tsp. grated lemon peel (optional)
    2 tsp. vanilla or almond extract
    2 c. flour
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 375\u00b0.
    Mix eggs, sugar, oil, peel and vanilla thoroughly.
    Stir in rest of ingredients.
    Drop by teaspoon about 2 inches apart on ungreased cookie sheet.
    Flatten with greased bottom of glass dipped in sugar.
    Bake 8 to 10 minutes.
    Makes 4 dozen cookies.
