Terri'S Yeast Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 1/2 c. warm water
    3 1/2 Tbsp. yeast
    4 Tbsp. sugar
    1 Tbsp. salt
    7 to 8 c. flour
    5 Tbsp. oil
Preparation
    Water should be warm (not hot) to dissolve and activate the yeast.
    Add yeast, sugar and salt; mix well.
    Add 5 cups flour and mix well.
    Add remaining flour; mix well and add the oil.
    Knead slightly.
    Cover with a towel; let rise (in a warm, draftless place) to double its size.
    Knead or punch down, shape into rolls or loaves and let rise again.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 1/2 hour for rolls and approximately 45 minutes for loaves.
