Cheese Spread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (4 oz.) wedge Blue cheese
1 (4 oz.) wedge sharp cheese
1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 Tbsp. minced parsley
1 Tbsp. grated onion
1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. hot sauce
1/2 c. finely chopped pecans
1 small can ripe olives
Preparation

Combine all ingredients and shape into a ball.
Roll in 1/4 cup finely chopped pecans.
Refrigerate.
