Hawaiian Nut Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. flour (all-purpose)
    2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. soda
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 c. chopped nuts
    3 eggs, beaten
    2 c. bananas, mashed
    1 1/2 c. oil
    1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple
    2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Combine the 2nd list of ingredients in another mixing bowl. Add the dry ingredients to egg mixture.
    Mix well.
    Pour into greased loaf pans.
    Bake in 350\u00b0 oven for 1 hour and 5 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean when inserted into loaf.
    Will make 3 large loaves or 6 to 8 mini loaves.
    Bake in mini loaves about 45 minutes until done.
