Zucchini Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 eggs
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 c. butter or margarine
2 tsp. vanilla
3 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. baking soda
2 c. self-rising flour
2 c. grated zucchini
1 c. nuts (optional)
1 c. raisins (optional)

Preparation

Preheat oven to 375\u00b0.
Cream together eggs, butter, sugar, vanilla, cinnamon and baking soda.
Add flour and zucchini; batter will be thick.
Bake 45 minutes.
