Ingredients

1 c. sugar
2 c. raw peanuts (with skin on)
1/2 c. water
Preparation

Mix sugar and water together in a saucepan and dissolve over medium heat.
Add nuts.
Cook, stirring occasionally, until nuts are coated with sugar (about 10 to 15 minutes).
Pour into shallow pan one layer deep and bake at 300\u00b0 for 30 minutes, turning every 5 minutes.
