Lemon Squares - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. butter or oleo
1/2 c. powdered sugar, sifted
2 c. flour
4 eggs
2 c. sugar
4 Tbsp. lemon juice
grated rind of 2 lemons (optional)
Preparation

Beat together slightly.
Pour over top of hot crust.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
Remove from hot oven and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
Cool overnight or 4 hours before cutting into small squares.
Serve with dip of Cool Whip, if desired.
