Banana Nut Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. butter
    3/4 c. sugar
    2 eggs
    2 c. flour
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 c. bananas mashed
    1 c. pecans chopped and floured
    1 Tbsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Cream together butter and sugar until fluffy (light); add eggs.
    Mix flour, soda and salt together. Cream bananas till mushy.
    Add to butter mixture alternating flour, bananas and pecans.\tPour into well grease loaf pan; bake for 55 to 60 minutes.
    Check for doneness with a toothpick in the middle.
