Ingredients

1 1/2 c. sugar
3/4 c. oil
2 eggs
1 1/2 c. grated squash
1 1/2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. baking powder

If there's a lot of juice with the squash, drain a little off.
