Carrot Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. grated carrots
    2 c. all-purpose flour
    1 tsp. baking powder
    2 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. ground cinnamon
    4 eggs, well beaten
    1 1/4 c. vegetable oil
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Combine first 7 ingredients; stir in eggs, vegetable oil and vanilla, mixing well.
    Pour batter into 3 greased and floured (9-inch) round cake pans.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
    Cool in pans for 10 minutes; remove from pans and let cool completely on wire racks.
