Cranberry Bread #1 - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. flour (King Arthur)
    1 c. sugar
    1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 egg, beaten
    1 c. cranberries
    1/2 c. nuts (optional)
    juice and pulp of 1 orange or 2/3 c. orange juice
    2 Tbsp. melted butter or margarine
Preparation
    Blend together the first 8 ingredients.
    Then to the juice and pulp of 1 orange or 2/3 cup orange juice, add butter or margarine and enough water to make 1 cup liquid.
    Add to dry ingredients, blending with a fork until moistened.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 50 to 60 minutes.
