Chop Suey - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. lean pork, diced
    2 c. celery
    2 c. onions
    2 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1 Tbsp. sesame oil
    1 Tbsp. cornstarch
    2 c. water
    3 c. rice, cooked
Preparation
    Brown meat.
    Add water.
    Bring to boil.
    Add celery, onions and soy sauce; boil for 15 to 20 minutes.
    Add cornstarch and sesame oil.
    Serve over hot rice.
    Makes 4 to 6 servings.
