Hummus Dip - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. chickpeas (canned)
2/3 c. tahini paste
1/4 c. lemon juice
2 cloves garlic
1/4 c. black olives
1 tsp. salt (optional)
Preparation

Blend all ingredients in blender or food processor.
Finely chopped vegetables (onion, carrot, green pepper, etc.) may be added.
Serve with crackers.
