Ingredients

7 c. pecans
1 c. black walnuts
6 slices pineapple (green)
2 c. red cherries
2 c. dates
1 box white raisins
1 c. margarine
3 eggs
1/2 c. sweet milk
1 c. brown sugar
3 c. plain flour
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. nutmeg
2 Tbsp. sherry flavoring
Preparation

Cream margarine and sugar.
Add eggs.
Add flour, soda, cinnamon, and nutmeg to mixture, alternately with milk and flavoring.
Add mixture to fruit and nuts and mix well.
Drop on greased cookie sheet and bake for 20 minutes at 300\u00b0.
Makes 70-80 cookies.
An ice cream scoop works well to shape cookies.
