Refrigerator Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. Crisco
    1/2 c. brown sugar
    3/4 c. sugar
    1 egg
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 c. pecans, chopped
    2 c. flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. baking powder
Preparation
    Cream Crisco and sugars.
    Add egg and beat well.
    Add vanilla and pecans.
    Add sifted dry ingredients.
    Mix well.
    Shape into rolls.
    Roll in waxed paper.
    Chill several hours or overnight. Slice thin and bake on a greased cookie sheet at 425\u00b0 for 10 minutes.
