Potato And Cheese Casserole - cooking recipe

2 Tbsp. soft butter
3 potatoes, pared
1 1/2 tsp. salt, divided
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 1/2 c. shredded Swiss cheese
2 eggs
1 c. milk
2 Tbsp. chopped parsley
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. paprika
1/4 tsp. dry mustard
Preparation

Spread butter over a 9-inch pie plate.
Grate potatoes and drain well.
Sprinkle with 1 teaspoon of salt and chopped onion; mix well.
Press over bottom and sides of pie plate.
Sprinkle with cheese.
