Monkey Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. milk
1 stick oleo
2 pkg. yeast
1/4 c. water
1/2 tsp. salt
4 Tbsp. sugar
3 1/2 c. flour
Preparation

Over medium heat, melt oleo in milk.
Mix yeast and water in a small mixing bowl.
Mix salt, sugar and flour in a large mixing bowl.
Add yeast and milk mixtures to flour mixture.
Mix well. Cover with a cloth and let rise for 2 hours.
Knead dough.
Cut in strips; dip each strip in melted butter.
Arrange in tube pan. Cover and let rise 2 more hours when doubled.
Bake at 350\u00b0 until brown, approximately 30 minutes.
