Chicken Tetrazzini - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (6 lb.) hen, stewed (reserve 4 c. broth)
    1/4 lb. butter
    8 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
    1 c. heavy cream
    3/4 lb. processed yellow cheese, cut in small chunks
    1 (1 lb.) can ripe pitted olives
    1 (4 oz.) can sliced mushrooms
    1 (3 oz.) pkg. slivered almonds
    3 Tbsp. minced onion
    3 Tbsp. minced green pepper
    3 Tbsp. minced celery
    salt and pepper to taste
    8 oz. thin noodles
Preparation
    Stew hen until tender; reserve 4 cups broth.
    Cut meat into bite-size pieces; set aside.
    Heat butter in saucepan and gradually blend in flour.
    Slowly add 4 cups broth, then cream. Stir over low heat until mixture has thickened.
    Add cheese and stir until melted.
