Curried Chicken Breasts - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 broiler-fryer chicken breasts (2 lb.), skinned, boned and halved lengthwise
1/2 tsp. seasoned salt
dash of paprika
1 (3 oz.) can broiled, sliced mushrooms, drained (reserve liquid)
1 chicken bouillon cube
1/4 c. Sauterne
1/2 tsp. instant minced onion
1/4 tsp. curry powder
dash of pepper
Preparation

Sprinkle chicken with seasoned salt and paprika.
Place in an 11 x 7 x 1 1/2-inch baking pan.
In small saucepan, drain the liquid from the mushrooms; add chicken bouillon cube.
Heat and stir until bouillon is dissolved.
To the mushroom liquid, add sliced mushrooms, Sauterne, minced onion, curry powder and pepper. Pour over chicken.
Cover with foil and bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes.
Uncover and bake 20 minutes more.
