Christmas Cookies And Icing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    2 sticks butter
    2 cups sugar
    1/2 cup evaporated milk
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 Tbsp. almond extract, or 2 tsp. nutmeg, or 1 1/2 Tbsp. vanilla
    2 tsp. baking powder
    7 1/2 cups flour
Preparation
    Beat eggs. Add butter, sugar, milk and mix.
    Mix soda and a little water (enough to stir) and add to mixture.
    Sift flour and baking powder together and blend gradually into cookie mixture. Grease and flour cookie sheets.
    Roll dough into 1/4 inch thickness and cut with Christmas cookie cutters and place on cookie sheets.
    Bake at 375 degrees for 10-12 minutes.
