Spicy Pineapple-Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    2 c. sugar
    1 c. salad oil
    2 tsp. vanilla
    2 c. shredded zucchini
    1 c. well drained pineapple
    3 c. flour
    2 tsp. soda
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
    3/4 tsp. nutmeg
    1 c. golden raisins (can use dark)
    1 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    1 c. chopped nuts
Preparation
    Beat eggs, sugar, oil and vanilla until thick and foamy.
    Stir in zucchini and pineapple. Combine all remaining ingredients. Stir gently into first mixture just until blended. Bake in 2 greased and floured 5 x 9-inch loaf pans at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour. Cool on wire racks.
