Maine Baked Beans - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. small white beans
    1 lb. piece salt pork
    1 large peeled onion
    1 heaping tsp. mustard
    1/2 c. molasses
    1 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Soak the beans, covered with water, all night.
    In the morning, put beans in saucepan; cover with cold water.
    Heat until a white scum appears on the water.
    Remove from stove; drain off water.
