Pumpkin Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 c. flour
3 c. sugar
2 tsp. baking soda
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 tsp. allspice
1/4 tsp. ginger
1/2 tsp. ground cloves
1 c. oil
1 can pumpkin
2/3 c. cold water
4 eggs
1 c. chopped pecans
Preparation

Sift dry ingredients into large bowl.
Make a well.
Add oil, pumpkin and water; blend well.
Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each egg is added.
Fold in nuts.
Pour batter into 3 greased and floured loaf pans.
Bake at 350\u00b0 (325\u00b0 for glass) for 1 hour.
Test center before removing from oven.
Cool.
Freezes well.
