Zucchini Coconut Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    2 c. sugar
    1 c. oil
    3 c. grated zucchini, peeled and no seeds
    2 tsp. vanilla
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    3 c. flour
    1 c. coconut
Preparation
    Mix in order given.
    Place in 2 large greased pans.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 1 hour or until center is done.
