Fried Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. cooked rice
    1 clove garlic (minced)
    1/2 onion (minced)
    2 boneless chicken breasts (chopped
    1 large carrot (chopped fine)
    1/2 bell pepper (chopped)
Preparation
    Make sure you have one inch of oil in your wok.
    Turn on high and brown garlic.
    Add chicken and cook until almost done.
    Add onion, pepper and salt, and carrots.
    Cook until tender and add soy sauce (to taste) and rice.
    Brown and serve!
