Country Coconut Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. soft margarine or butter
    1 c.sugar
    1 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
    1 c. buttermilk
    1 (9-inch) unbaked pie shell
    2 eggs
    1 Tbsp. vanilla
    1/2 c. flaked coconut
Preparation
    Cream butter and sugar until light.
    Beat in eggs and flour. Add remaining ingredients, mixing well and pour into unbaked pie shell.
    Mixture will look curdled. Bake in 450\u00b0 oven 10 minutes; reduce heat to 300\u00b0 and bake about 30 minutes more or until firm. Serve warm or cold.
