Dillie Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. yeast, dissolved in 1/4 c. warm water
    1 c. cottage cheese, heated to lukewarm
    1 Tbsp. butter
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    1 egg
    1 Tbsp. instant minced onion
    2 1/4 to 2 1/2 c. flour
    1 tsp. soda
    2 tsp. dill seed
Preparation
    Soften yeast 10 minutes.
    Combine in large bowl the cheese, butter, sugar, salt, soda, onion, dill, egg and yeast.
    Beat well. Add flour gradually.
    Cover; let rise in warm place until double (about 1 hour).
    Punch down.
    Turn into well-greased loaf pan. Let rise until light, 35 to 40 minutes.
    Bake in a 350\u00b0 oven for 40 to 50 minutes.
